What days do you post?

Mondays and Thursdays.

The cut off point for Mondays postage is Sunday at 9.30pm and the cut off point for Thursdays postage is Wednesday at 9.30pm.

 

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you haven't received your order two weeks from dispatch date please contact us on lkmelts@gmail.com

 

I want to change my order, how do I do this?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended in any way.

 

How do I return my order?

I do not accept returns unless the item is thought to be faulty or unusable.

 

My product is faulty/unusable, what do I do?

If you believe your item to be faulty or unusable, you have 14 days to let me know you intend to return the item. Please send pics of the product with your email to lkmelts@gmail.com. You then have another 14 days to send the item to me by tracked post. Please contact lkmelts@gmail.com with your order number and details if your item is faulty/unusable.

Products must remain in original condition and packaging or a refund will not be considered. Products MUST be returned via tracked post and you must cover the return costs.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of your item, we aim to assess within 3 working days. We will let you know of our decision and if the product is found to be faulty or unusable then a refund will be offered along with a refund of the postage amount used to send the item to us.
